go to spartan ops and do the first mission (quarry) make sure u have a full team of people when u start get in the gaus hog and the rocket hog (make sure anoother player is driving you the AI is terrible at driving) basicly you go around in the warthog's murdering everyhing make sure you kill all the covenent by the generators so you dont have to kill them later ive gotten 3000 to even 5000 exp from doing this with random people if you have people that can do it fast it can be a really useful method

Spartan Ops is the fastest way. You can get roughly 5,000 experience per match on any of the missions.
