You're right totally similar to all the explosions and CC's and flares, that are included in every big valn background made

He wasnt reffering to the appearance of it, he was refering to the lack of effort and creativity put into the piece... i think.
I think it looks pretty nice, although it is alittle plain. Next time expand and put better stuff to your gs. Keep it up

Similar in the fact that they are just layers of crap on top of each other.
I mean come on what was the hardest of these 8 or so layers?? Was it how small to make the zombie render?? or was it the lack of colour to use??

Constructive.....
Have a bit of pride in your work, "Customers" give you a briefing to work with.
Maybe suggest things, don't settle for crap because "its what they wanted" that is such a weak excuse.
Learn to use fonts and effects.
Learn placement and perspective/sizing of objects in a piece.
Dont rush pieces, put some heart into them.
If your just gonna churn stuff out like this, then expect me to be there....
