Unfortunately, this has been patched. I don't know how, but I am having troubles, so I am confirming this patched. Only 2 day trials.
I found a video of NoughtPointFourLIVE doing this, but it is very confusing and I wouldn't recommend doing this, as Microsoft considers this "14-Day Trial" as fraud, because they don't like giving away free live. Enjoy the video.

Sorry I just got home five minutes ago ^^. No it doesn't, you have to do that the 1st time around only to get the game. After that it doesn't matter.

Just thought to mention this if you dont want to keep restarting accounts keep one account as your main and then make the new account and write the code down and put it in to the main and then 14 more days and just keep repeating and even build a list so if this ever gets patched you still have all of those valid codes
