My problem is that I essentially have no idea how to program the chip and what the solder points are, there is very limited info on their website on Phat installs. I was wondering if you guys had any experience with this, any advice would be appreciated...

I could be wrong I'm not too in on DEV kits, but I'm just not thinking there is a Xenon DEV kit. I could be wrong but I just can't think of anyplace where I've heard of one.

SO YOU REALLY THINK THAT Microsofts FIRST MOTHERBOARD DOESNT HAVE A DEV KIT VERSION WOW JUST :facepalm:

Check the DEV kit sticky.... As well I wasn't meaning what model they were, I was meaning about what kit he was thinking of.

-Mafia5K- wrote is x360pro v4 a dual nand + gltich chip? let us know how they work i was looking to try one myself. they should either come programmed or you need to write the correct xsvf file to it, not sure how its done with those as i use TX supply.
