I have seen some threads saying they want black loot or are wanting to dupe black loot? What in the world is "black loot" I have searched youtube but with no avail.

Items of black rarity are modded in by code. These items or weapons can only be saved by keeping them in your bank. Basically what they are is over powered weapons. For example a conference call that shoots extremely fast and also shoots infinitely.
