id say if you cant figure out why your having this problem, id contact the manufacturer. you shouldnt have delay when they say "no delay"

I have the same PVR it's lagging for all of us. Supposedly it's a software glitch.

Your best bet is to contact them about it, maybe it's a known problem. Did you use a similar set up with the original one? If so, did you encounter the same problems, or was it okay? It could be

Plug socket (not enough power, just a sugestion)
Might need a splitter
Settings on your computer.
