I've done it before in gamestop. It's hit and miss. Just walk in to the store (any store that sells Black ops 2, or will be) and INNOCENTLY ask if there's any way you can get it early if you pay extra. Don't 'slyly pass the guy a 20 dollar bill'. Just ask if there's any way you can get the game early if you pay extra money. Just don't make it sound like a bribe, especially if there are other people around, he will say no. And don't ask him when his manager or maybe even fellow employee is around. Most people are willing to sell the game early in exchange for some extra money in their pockets, but they usually won't risk their job to that extent of doing it in front on their boss.

So yeah, i've done it with MW3 and MW2. If you do it right, you could potentially get it early. Just be careful about playing multiplayer. I hear they're banning halo 4 players who play multiplayer early, Treyarch may do the same.
