We doesn't just let anyone do builds, it's an earned kind of thing. But we take it very seriously, it's something people are spending a lot of money on and we strive in getting people the BEST for their money, no less. I suggest you show us your knowledge before attempting to assert a position such as this.

If you want to help out in the PC section, go for it. Just make sure you know what you're talking about, because I know I will get onto you about it if you're giving incorrect advice.

Well I do not think you need a thread for this.

There is knowledgeable people in these forums who give great help/advice to members on what or what not to get. (r00t, itsMichael, Generation)

Hopefully you will give people good advice if they come to you.

Yes, I did see your post. This post is for people to get an idea of what they want, not for me to make it for them. It's more of an advice post. But, if I am not wanted, I shall not be here.

There's not a thing wrong with wanting to help, but you can imagine why we are doubtful. We have no way of knowing if you have any idea what you are talking about, but if you can show you do, then by all means, help! Keep the topic open, but maybe have people post and not respond via PM. Otherwise, it will get buried in a matter of a few hours.
