Minecraft 1.3.2 Flatland(ish) Seed w/ Village

I was wanting to find a somewhat flat world that was Grassland. The reason I put, "BeginnersLuck" in was because it was my first try and what do you know I find a pretty sweet world. Great for building and there are caves near by. One of the cooliest things I found was a village like maybe 50 blocks away. It's probably one of the biggest ones I've seen then again I don't play Single Player that much. It has a blacksmith with a chest that has: Iron Boots, Iron Picaxe, Obbsidian x5. Not the best blacksmith since my friend says he found one with 9 diamonds in it. Anyways, thought I would just tell you about my luck with finding a decent world. Enjoy
