i think they should use the skyrim engine but make a fallout and see what happens

I would like to be able to build my own house like in skyrim, but be able to add defensive measures such as turrets and maybe some guards. I would also like to be able to change forms, like maybe change into some kind of half-insect half-human or something of the sort.

I WOuld live to see mulitplayer... i think fallout would be much better in multiplayer.

I hope you have Jobs, Beable to create your own faction, hope the NCR or one of the old factions from Fallout NV come back or Some people like Dead from Dead Money makes a see in the game. and you can convince people to join your faction and you can take over bases and there is tons of little mini armies with bases you can take over kinda like Band or Blade I think that was called.

There are plenty of things I would love to see in Fallout 4 these are some:

• A personalised radio to play music from your own Xbox system with a radio dj to present it all also.
  
• More companian capactity
  
• A huge map, One like Skyrim but within that I want an endless ammount of easter eggs to find, endless bonus quests and endless ammount of special weapons.
  
• Factions. Enough said
  
• Different ammo types
  
• A huge Graphics improvement, one that wll really push the Xbox and PS3 to it's limit and work smoothly with incredible graphics on PC
  
• Cameo voice casting from celebritys is always a nice little touch.
  
• huge customisation for the character.
  
• Multiplayer would be nice but I don't want it to always be there I want it to be more of a choice to do it or not.
  
• Multiple towns and cities which different unique quest lines to do related to them.
  
• Sub Bossess, like the Super Mutant Behemoths.
  
• Customisations for the guns.
  
• Perhaps weather changes would be nice but I don't think it's set in stone.

These are just some of the things I'd love to included in the 4th installment.

you mean like a centaur??

you should defiantly be able to buy themes for your houses like in 3.

I would like to see alot of new things in the next Fallout:

1. New Guns, Armor, and Accessories (With new customizable attachments.

2. A Very large map with multiple regions and weather patterns.

3. More creative DLC's, like the Mothership Zeda from Fallout 3, except maybe you travel to Area 51 or somethin.

4. More character customizables, such as Height, Weight, Scars, etc.

5. The ability to meet specific people and have a family, then would start another play through as one of the children.

6.More companion choices.

7. The ability to form your own Faction, name it, and pick a location as a head fortress then have the ability to spread throughout the world and have more Bunkers, Hideouts, and Outposts, etc.


8. I think they should have it where you can actually travel to all 50 states. That would be amazing for a multiplayer idea, and would keep the players interested instead of having one map to explore.

9. More Bosses and better war experiences with other factions.

10. And most of all, more variety in the NPC's.

Those are my Ideas, now I would like to hear yours!

I would like the game to start in The Institute that was mentioned by Zimmer in Fallout 3.
As an android you could improve yourself through parts and programs through out the game also you could have people from the Institute hunting you .

A dynamic weather system could effect not just the world but the player too ..
For example :- An electrical storm could effect your ability to sense enemy's at range also effecting your vats but on the flip side maybe you could use the lightning to over charge any energy weapon you may have.

The ability to build your own android companion from spare parts ,This could also lead to you building your own faction.

Time travel.
A device on mothership zeta(for example) that can send you back in time(just before the bombs drop). You could find weapons/ammo/armor and seal them away in a bunker or such like and then go get them back in the future..,would also be really cool just to get a glimpse of what the world looked like before the war.

Factions.
Would like to see the Brotherhood of steel and the Enclave slug it out again but it would be nice to see a few other big factions too ,Maybe the Boomers / Supermutants / Raiders / Slavers ,you know the norm.
Would be cool to see the Talon company again ,you could have a few good guy commando units(like Reilly's Rangers) scattered across the wasteland .
We could have a quest to unite the commandoes to fight Talon company.

All big ask's i know lol ,but this is a wish list
