Well I turned on my computer and signed in and everything, then for a good 5 minutes my computer said "Preparing your desktop". Then when it finally loaded, an error message saying something about my system 32 being potentially harmed. All I had on my desktop was a recycle bin, and the background was black. My start button looks as if it was from an earlier windows version, and basically everything was down, but log off, restart, shut down, etc etc. So all I did was restart and my computer was like normal. Should I be worried?

If everything is running normal then no you should not worry.

Just on the safe side you should run a AV scan to make sure you are not infected with malware.

i have this all the time, just check see if everything is running okay, check see if all programs are okay, run a firewall check, just to see if there are any viral infections on your computer.

It could be a Virus, go into your task manager (Ctrl, alt and Delete)

Kill any suspicious looking process, I recommend doing a search on the file first.
