I have been farming for this a-hole for the past 3 days is there any special things extra i got to do to find him or is my luck that bad

Thats exactly what i have been doing and i cant get him my friends and i were in a race to find him all doing the same thing and 1 of them found him in 30 min and the other found him in a hour.
