I don't think that it is accurate, but in the trailer or something like that, it had the same format/layout/ setup!

hahahaha and plus they will NOT call it "Fast hands". They even tweeted that they will be Sleight of Hand on Twitter! 100% inaccurate. and it's all in German!

actually all this is accurate. fast hands makes you throw equipment faster and switch between your primary and secondary guns faster. it also allows you to safely throw back grenades. Perks in black ops 2 no longer helps out the gun it helps the players. For example the laser attachment is steady aim but is an attachment, And the Fast Mag attachment is Sleight of Hand.
