I have 65K to spend to either buff up this team or make a new one or possibly both. What do you guys suppose I do. Should I trade to get some more coins?

I'd make a completely different team,
Maybe a BPL team.
You could make quite a good one for your budget.

The thing with BPL teams right now is that the players are really expensive right now and their prices are gonna slowly decrease untill the TOTY come out.
