Yeah, you're going to need to get a better Upload speed if you don't want to wait that long.

Take everything off of your internet and upload it, or just do it over night!

It all depends on the time and day. It has took me over 800 minutes to upload before, I just waited about 3/4 hours and it said it was going to take 20 minutes.
Just depends really

It depends on your upload speed. Obviously;
Try closing all other tabs, stop other downloads etc.
If your on a pc, press 'ctrl+alt+delete ' then click 'Start Task Manager'..
Then go to applications tab, right click the browser your using and click 'Go To Process'
Then right click on the process/browser your using (ie 'firefox.exe') and click 'Set Priority'
Set it to 'High'. A window well pop up asking if you really want to, click yes.
That should help. At least a little.
Also, try checking your internet speed. Your upload speed could suck.
Try to use ethernet.

Could also be a massive file size.
When i started rendering videos, I always saved it as .avi.
That's not so good, it makes the file size huge.
So if that's your problem, try render in a diffrent format
