I've always wondered this, ever since I was young. Does your mind see what It wants to see? Could my life, and things around me just be part of my imagination? When I was younger, I thought that each individual had their own reality, where things could be slightly different then mine, or incredibly different. Could your everyday lifestyle just be your imagination? I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, I never knew how to explain it.
I guess what I'm trying to say is: Is what you see and do actually real?

There was a post on "is life reality or just perception." I will say hear what I said on that. I think life is reality. I'm just not convinced this all could be my imagination or a universe of 100% dark matter. But it still raises the question. Is reality the way it is because we perceive it as reality?

alright think about this reality is how you see things like when you go to school that feeling of your classes certain posters the normal way you walk you get a vision of it in your mind everyday and that forms your perception of it. but some people take different routes and some dont even go that way so they percieve it differently or dont percieve it at all. There reality is where they go and how they see things so to answer your question yes Reality is What you percieve

I've thought about this, but then why aren't we all, in our own minds kings or queens or presidents? I do think though that the way we look at something can change the way the world works. If we perceive the world in a positive way then life will be good, and if you make the right choices.
