Hey guy's is this good to burn fat?
okay so everyday i do cardio for 20 minutes except friday thats when i run for an hour and every time i finish my cardio i do like 1 hour of weights is it good?

Yeah it's pretty good just keep pushing yourself and you will soon be able to do better.

yeah just keep doing it and dont slack off and maybe once a week you might want to do cardio for an extra 10 minutes just to push yourself if you are getting used to the normal
