As I am aware of I am not the only person to have this issue, I have spoke to the ea support team several times and I have been told the same thing each time.
Our technicians are looking into this problem! I was told to fill out this form, just thought i would tell you guys incase anyone else has the same problem and was unsure on what procedures to take.
