So I was in Algebra the other day and I saw a classmate in front of me writing a long paper that looked like it had Ideas and sentences like a rough copy. I asked him what what he was writing and he handed me the paper. Here's what it said:
A few days ago Al-Queda released a video stating that we had killed two of their top people.Inside this video was a coded message informing fellow muslims of things to come and directions to what they should do,because "Anti-Americanism" has been on the rise lately, and Al-Queda wishes to push this to the point of war.If we enter a war NOW we will lose everything. Our economy is terrible we've become "lax" on our "rough military style".North Korea has threatend us with nuclear missile, and attacking us.We had planned to put missile bases in Poland, because if a war with us started with the Middle East we would have long-ange missiles in Poland, and what did we do? NOTHING.We backed off and went about our business.Russia has been sending aircraft and submarines into our spaces and we just watch them. So,if you look at the U.S. Ambassador being killed and Obama not reacting,WHEN they attacked U.S. soil(including embassies) we have the right of war.Wouldn't North Korea side with all the rebels in the Middle East when the war started? It would ruin us tot the extent that we may never return from this "pit".We've become way too relaxed. In the Cubin Missile Crisiswe weren't like this.We loaded tons of TONs of missiled on Florida to where if Russi would have tried anything Cuba wouldn't exist. It would just be a bunch of rocks and bloody water. We were like the strong arm of the militarie...Now we're the dusty hippies telling people we're sorry when they tell us no.

How? By going to war with iraq gas prices just go up? Why go to war with someone that we buy something that is essential for us. That is probably the dumbest thing I have heard in a long time.

If I am reading this correctly, you are saying that the US is nothing but push overs and that we need to stand up, but then you are saying if we go to war now that our economy will fail and North Korea will destroy us. Maybe that's why we are avoiding the war. We don't need to be in a war at the moment anyway. We shouldn't really have been in the Middle East to begin with, especially for this long. The troops were promised to be brought home, which never happened. People need to stop looking at the military like they are pawns. You need to see what they do daily.

That was also in 1945. MANY things have changed since then.

The radioactive fallout created by destroying all but two countries on Earth would kill the planet...
