Okay when i host my server at my old house it was online and working but now when i moved..
When i try to load my client it saids i cant login.. and i use utorrent. i can Port but im not sure how to so i dont use that. But i looked on everything about this but i cant find anything, when i use my own client this is the same with other sources and clients, I am trying to host on Rswebclients It says that my server is online. but its not.. Can anyone help me?

Sorry if my typing is alil bad but i just got up so.
