Anyone who suggests that site should just leave. You clearly have no idea.
All the kids who know nothing about specs always post this crappy site. It is amazingly inaccurate and rarely ever helps anyone accurately.

Your graphics cards are quite old and even though you have two of them, you probably won't be able to run it. I would be surprised if you could run it on low with decent FPS.

EDIT: By the way, there's no way you have 2GB of VRAM. You probably think because each card has 1GB, you have 2GB total, but you don't. VRAM does not stack.
NO! It is one card!!!!!!

if he has an HD 4870 then yes he can run it just fine and with two of them it will work even better ...i have an HD 4850 and i play Arma with normal settings(all you need) and about a 3000 view distance which is just fine ...his setup is fine considering arma is more reliant on a processor(quad core 2.8ghz will work just fine)

It may not be very accurate for some but it is amazingly good for me. Like SWTOR, thought I couldn't run it so I didn't think I was gonna be able to run it even at a stable 60 fps, so I used the website and it showed that it would run good. I went out and bought it and I'm able to run solid 60 fps with some settings on medium. Same with Diablo 3 and Blacklight Retribution. So don't go telling someone off if it works for them and not you not everything and everyone is the same. Sit down, shut up and never say anything like that anymore...
