1. Do you perform save modding on PS3 saves?
2. If so, can it be of a save that is pre-character customization?

Sadly, you can't mod PS3 saves due the 128-bit encryption. You would think with the PS4 coming out soon that Sony would lighten up a bit on the security protocols. Maybe in the future it will be unlocked an completely open to modding.

Yep, Brad-, Katsumi and I along with Lycos keep it going. Haven't seen much of the other two modders over the last couple weeks. But this is the ONLY Skyrim modding site that I have found that is still open.

I think that is because anyone coming into the Elder Scrolls forum wouldn't bother making their own Modding Service, as everyone that comes into the section will go straight to your service!
