When i try to install a game or "Copy DVD" it only downloads for about 5 seconds. What do i do?

All games, I'm just trying to install it to my HDD so i can play them on my jtag

when you say copy DvD the disk tray will come out, DONT press the eject button you gotta push the disk tray with your hand and push it in. Then wait about 5-10 seconds then press the confirm

How can you tell? I mean when i put in a game it doesnt start the game it says its unavailable.
