So i play dayz and i used to get amazing fps on very high settings. recently i have been only getting 30 max and 17 in cherno. I dont know if my gpu or cpu is bottlenecking but i have done all the troubleshooting i can do.

CPU: amd phenom ii x4 965 be
GPU: gtx 560 soc
RAM: 8 gigs

Make sure you have the latest nvidia drivers. You can go to nvidia.com to update. The only other thing I can suggest is blasting your card with compressed air to blow out dust to prevent overheating.

Arma II is a very GPU dependent game. I have a better processor and graphics card than you and I only get around 50-60 fps on medium settings. bump the settings down, it makes the world of difference. Smoothness>Graphics

Ive updated everything and the thing is i used to get good fps and now i dont. i am just completely oblivious to why it is doing this

Also the reaon i think something is wrong is beacuse at very high settings i get the same fps as on low sooo i not sure
