I have done it once but had no clue how I did a lot of people have said they did but don't know how anyone know???

So did I. I got like 44 kills because I just kept pressing x while hitting someone that was lagging

max level is 50 and to do the glitch the game needs to lag either as you kill someone or as you finish building a torrent the if you have a lag switch you might be able to get it to work on command. also so you know getting that much xp in a game wont get you many coins
