Mayans did not count the extra day every four (4) year.

The extra day was invented by Ceasar because the line the Earth goes around the sun is'nt allways the same.

Saying that Mayans live around 3000 years ago:

3000 : 4 = 750

3000 - 750 = 2250

750 x 366 = 274.500 days

2250 x 365 = 821.250 days

274.500
821.250
_________+

1.095.750 days have passed if calculating with Ceasars method.

-------------------------------------

Mayans method:

3000 x 365 = 1.095.000 days.

-------------------------------------

That means that if we would live by the mayan calendar we would have died somewhere in 2011.

Leap Years have nothing to do with the Mayan Calender.

I might start putting an 'X' every time I say this.
Right now I would be on...

XXXXX
Smashing my dreams iz not funneh.

Anyways, some other stuff around this...

If you dig down the earth, you have magnetic (.. bad English) pieces or so..
The further you dig down, the more change in these things:

Every 10.000 Meters (as in from / to \ and so on) these pieces change direction.
Meaning the (magnetic poles) change.
That would mean the North-Pole and the South-pole change from location.
Compasses would freak out in this thing.

But my point here is:
Lets say the Earth is an orange, you have the inner side (the middle of the earth, you know my point), and the scale (which we live on).

The inner side would remain the same, but the scale will move around the inner side.

Do that with an orange and the inner side busts open everywhere with not much left over.

And the orange, if this is correct, would be a perfect example.

The last magnetic change was found around 10000 years ago.
