(PC players, please refrain from posting in this thread with your typical "PC rules all" crap. We get it, you don't have to keep posting about it.)

I'm having a lot of fun with CS:GO, but this is by far the biggest and most annoying issue with the game. If you want detailed info on this and don't know what I mean, go read [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and you should understand. Here is my simplified explanation of the problem. I understand the aiming is not going to be as precise as PC, but they didn't have to make the console version have "laggy" aiming. I like having my sensitivity very high so I can turn in a split second. Even with it all the way up it still feels like there is a split second of lag between the time I turn the thumb stick and the time my guy actually turns. This causes people to end up missing shots all the time because we over estimate how much we should turn the thumb stick because of the lag. I really hope this is patched.

What are your thoughts? Is it the same way for PS3 users?

I noticed this almost immediately.

The game in general feels way to clunky right now to enjoy on the Xbox, which is such a shame.

aiming can be approved however its not that bad you just need to know how to control the gun your using and control your recoil also if you aim for head its almost one shot kills.

That's not what I mean. I know exactly how to control recoil and fire in bursts. The problem is the "sluggish" aiming system. It feel like there is a slight bit of lag in it and it's not smooth enough.

Since I can't exactly determine what you mean, since I have the PC version and not the console version, could you explain it a little better?

Is it like the way Left 4 Dead is on console, where it starts off aiming slow , but the more you hold down the stick the faster your turning gets? If so, then they're not going to fix that. It's been that way in L4D1 and L4D2, so chances are VAVLe is going to implement it in future games.

If you mean the aiming is wonky and unresponsive, I'm sure enough people will complain and it will eventually be fixed, but don't get your hopes up for a release SOON, VALVe values their PC customers way more than their console customers, unfortunately.

Sure the aiming is "jerky" but I think it takes more skill to use, you see people just coming on and you can tell they've just started.

the reason why the "aiming" sucks is because there is little to no recoil and the kick on your gun is alot more then cod. counter strike was made for a more hard core game audience.

Wow, the guy that posted the thread comes off an arrogant Prick.

The only issue with aiming as far as I can feel, is the deadzone. Once you get used to it you just sort of learn to ignore it. One thing you could try is turning your sensitivity up in your profile.

Personally, the only thing that's annoying me is having stupid ass team mates that think CS is CoD and they just go for kills instead of the objective.

In fact, most people play on xbox/ps3 than pc, let me give you an example, Call of duty online players (MW3 from xbox) is around 300k players and PC players have like around 40k. It's not very many people playing on pc, but right now I'm not sure how many player were on CS. Maybe it'll be similar, but of course much less people.

If vavle made CS perfect on xbox, compare to pc, it'll reached up to 3 million copies.
It's hard to explain, but the more valve listen, the more copies will be made.
