You don't need an after-market cooling solution unless you're planning on over-clocking since the temperatures will rise and you'll need the extra surface area. Get low profile RAM is a good improvement so there will be zero clearance issues in the future.
Ok and do i need a sound card?

All modern consumer motherboards I'm aware of come with an integrated sound chipset. No need for a separate card.

Excellent board for the price and that's a good price for it. We all recommend very often.

Re-did the build and it is more expensive, but this does not take rebates and a promo code into account. Your 450w PSU did not have enough PCI connectors for your graphics card and that model of the 7870 is well-known to be defective. I also went with Intel because it's a better option, although this is debatable when you compare the FX-6300 to the i3. This isn't an i3, though, it's an i5.

I'd go with this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Matte finish, high-quality TN panel, good price.

Budget: 1100 USD, try to keep under 1000 if possible.

Peripherals & Monitor: I want a Razer mouse (palm grip)

Games: Guild Wars 2, CODs, Minecraft, FC3, Runescape. I want to be able to play listed games on medium-high graphics.

Software: Nothing too taxing.

Aesthetics: Whatever's going to make for an easier install. Your choice on looks.

Rebates/Promos: Total price is after all rebates.

Details: Also want a good keyboard, preferably on the quiet side, already have a monitor. Windows 7 please!

Went with an elegant look

Sony ODD: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Fractal Design Define R4: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Samsung Snipoint F3 1TB: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Sapphire 7950 3GB + 3 games: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

SeaSonic X Series 650W Gold Modular PSU: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Corsair Vengeance Jet Black: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Asrock Z77 Extreme4: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Intel i5 3570k + Cooler Master CPU Cooler: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Razer Deathadder:

Total: 1028.91
Total after rebates: 1008.91

Starting off with the case, best case under $100 hands down with no doubt. Elegant looking, very well built for the price and noise dampening material and decent airflow. Case first look + unboxing below. The samsung snipoint F1 is a great HDD with decent speeds, the HD 7950 is the best value on a high end GPU (slightly better than 660 ti) and comes with 3 GREAT free games (Far Cry 3, Sleeping dogs and hitman absolution) with a total of $169 value just for the freebies. The Seasonic X series gold is an amazing PSU with great sleeving at an awesome price (89.99) and I would happily pay $140 for that unit. The Razer deathadder is not bad at all, but there is better for cheaper (Logitech G400) You should be fine with 8GB RAM since with BF3 (high ram usage game) it uses around 4.5GB - 5.5GB with around 15 background applications open. The asrock Z77 extreme4 is one of the best values under $150 and it makes no practical difference over motherboards that are under $200 such as Sabertooth Z77 (~$210) Included aftermarket CPU cooler for overclocking and found a combo deal with a better than average CPU cooler that easily competes with a water cooling unit such as H60 or H20 620..

Need Windows 7 now since it wasn't included. (Even though I asked, not a big deal though)

I want a disk for windows 7, not a download or just a registration key, wondering what this gives me.

I'm looking for a nice desktop PC with specific things but i cannot seem to find one for its price.

i need:

Atleast 250GB Memory
Atleast 4GB RAM
A Good Processor (With good cores)
A Good Graphics Card

I'm looking to pay around 400 or less since that's really my maximum, but if you must go higher that's fine.

Thanks.
