Okay so I dug to the bed rock, Added two blocks above it all and added lights EVERYwhere, And still no slimes. What has worked for you?

You need a Slime chunk to get Slimes to spawn.
You need to stand at least 24 blocks away so they can spawn.
For big Slimes, the ceiling needs to be at least 3 high.
