They obviously don't keep track of every name and payment that comes in instantly, i can imagine there would be hundreds of them. They can't determine when you personally will be done, but they can say they are doing accounts at X time.

I'm not making anything better but I'm just saying, if you're running a business and you don't do things as you say it's not very professional.

say you lend your friend $30 and he tells you he will pay you back tomorrow, and you don't hear from him for another week. Would you want to lend him money ever again?
