One Direction is basically the same as The Beatles. The music is totally different but it happens in each generation, new group, reach mainstream success etc....
Personally I hate both groups

BTW the Beatles fans where mostly girls to who liked them because they where "cute" and popular

Everybody loved The Beatles, both sexes. One Direction probably have like 10% of their fans as males.

not a fan they suck but hey suck or not the are living the dream :/
