So I got a new used computer from my moms boyfriend because the old one wasnt working. However the videos are really slow and choppy....
On youtube, it works fine however when I try to watch a movie (Say from noobroom), it gets all slow and choppy. What I mean by slow is when I press play, the video plays like in slow motion and when I pause it, it keeps playing for about 3 seconds in slow mo and stops...
Any simple way to fix it without buying or downloading things? Thanks! +rep

Right click on your desktop, Click personalize (Windows 7) or Screen Resolution (Windows 7, Vista), Settings (Windows XP).

Change the screen resolution to something lower than what it is.
