If you have Windows Vista turn off Windows Aero.

It uses a lot of RAM and computer resources.

My computer runs way faster when I done this.

Also download CCleaner for in the future.

Automatically deletes unnecessary things on your computer for you.

Ok I just look up your product and it is a Windows Vista. (At least that what Google is telling me)

Go to Control Panel and then Appearance and Personalization, then go to color scheme and pick a color scheme besides Windows Aero.

Then change your startup too, by going to Start Menu and search System Configuration.

Disable unnecessary startup programs.

Also problem persists please send me a PM as the same thing happened to my Windows Vista PC.

My problem was because of my PC low amount of RAM and etc. and Windows Aero is a main of cause of Windows Vista PCs being unstable.

My computer use to use 90-94% of RAM, now it is to as low as 41% of RAM.
