I'm so tired of this. Alright. Lets get started. I got banned from XBOX Live. Why you may ask? "Impersonation of XBOX Live Support/agents." Oh, not so bad right? You're right. It's not at all, but the Enforcement team thinks otherwise. I got perma banned for telling a cheater I'd ban him. Oh great, now because of a good deed I'm getting banned for life. Awesome. Yeah, I admit it's the ET that's suppose to do that banning and I was wrong on that part. Let's go ahead and see everything that happened to me. Not only did I get perma banned, it just so happened to be FIVE days AFTER MY YEAR LONG GOLD SUBSCRIPTION RENEWED. Lets also add the two subscriptions from BF3 and COD, all equaling out to be around $160. So I'm perma banned and I lost money! Great! I talked to MP support and they told me to post on the XBL Enforcement team forums. Ok, I've waited weeks for an answer. No reply. Awesome! I get back on the chat and they tell me they have no contact with the XBL Enforcement team. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous! Not only do you steal my money for a offense that could "go either way". I was NOT trying to steal information, it was merely a tactic to get an annoying hacker to shut up mouth and play the game legit. Now I'm paying a consequence that is no where near the scale of other offenses that get you banned for like a month? This is terrible. They won't transfer my subscriptions to my new account or give me a refund on my Xbox live year long gold subscription. Thoughts please. Also, don't post "SHOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN BANNED HURR DURR" Yeah, I know.
