This theory doesn't say that nothing exists. It only exists to you if you are perceiving it. So, this post is being perceived by me right now. So it exists. But only to me. Then if you click on it. It exists to you. But not to me if I click off it.

I get what your saying and i have thought about this myself and i end up getting frustrated with myseld but how does noises from other rooms come into it? for example a box falling from upstairs?
