Hey guys ive been having a problem the past 2 days where the youtbe videos im trying to watch are buffering and loading slower then usual, and im thinking its a problem with youtube or something because everything else that i do with the internet is running the same and perfectly fine like, Netflix and Xbox LIVE. Any help like what i could do to fix this?

delete chace and browsing history also restart your internet that might work

I tried it and it didn't work, and i know its not a issue with Watching in HD or anything cus i always watch in 360p

I've been getting this problem too, It's most likely an issue with YouTube itself.
I don't think there's a fix for it. :c
