Not, not at all.

You can build a decent gaming PC for about 300GBP.

Nope. It wont perform well in games at all.

Check Eurogamer's 300GBP gaming PC guide if you want to be able to play games on a really small budget.

I play with 3gb ram and a lower graphics than that and plays blackops and cod and stuff but depends on what your playing

Not really if the motherboard can only take up to 8GB of ram thats definately not good, you want something that can take around 32GB and the CPU speed isnt very good, i bouilt my own gaming pc for a total of 500GBP and i can play pretty much anything on full graphics with around 40-50 FPS

32GB of RAM are you nuts?

Why would you need half of that? don't listen to him, i play on intergrated APU graphics with 4GB of RAM, i get FPS of avg 24 on MW3. I know it's not great but very playable, and good for a PC that costed 300GBP.
