25 posts = 1 rep power.
+100 rep points total received from other users = 1 rep power.
You can send as many rep points as you have rep power, but there is a catch.
Regular members can only +Rep 25 points at a time.
Gold Members can +Rep 50 points at a time.
Admins/Mods can +Rep 100 points at a time.
