With all these new networks and websites Partnering YouTube channels like nothing, a once amazing accomplishment, is now a mere title. :/

I agree it seems a lot of people are partnered at only 100 subs and about 3000 views and their account is only a month or two old

It doesn't matter how many subs it matters how many views you get a day and a 1 month old channel is the minimum on how old a channel can be and all other channels that are partnered under the standards either have connections or are directors
