Ok so Ive been playing football for couple years now, havent been so great, but now Im stepping up my game and trying to become great since Im becoming a senior now but I have couple questions
1. Do the numbers during a play call mean anything?
Like 2 stands for half back, 3 stands for full back, so what does 1,4,5,6,7,8,9 stand for?

2. Do running backs/corner back wear gloves?
I really wanna wear one because it really makes me confident when doing a passing play so do they wear one? If so, what should I buy?

3. What do you do when your really tired and hurt during a game?
I ran few times with the ball and when I did, I was really bad and I was in pain because of the tackles. Ive been working out like hell but I was still wondering what YOU guys do.

Thanks!

1. It could be. Depends on your playbook. Single digit means a hot route and triple digits would be a receiver in my playbook but yours will most likely be different.

2. Personal preference. Mostly any RB and CB do but some dont cause of the grip. And any gloves are good. I like Nike but thats just me. Reebok, Under Armor, Adidas, etc.

3. I would drink Gatorade to replenish your energy. Sitting down and taking breathes to calm yourself down helps too.

1. The first number says who is getting the ball and the second number says which hole to run through. Each team has different words for each team. Like on my team, a power is nicknamed "Arnold" because Arnold Shartzanager (however you spell it) is a powerful man.

2. Yeah they do just get the ones that are sticky and look nice with you're team's colors.

3. Drink Gatorade. Before games I drink Gatorade Prime. During it I drink Gatorade Perform. And after the game I drink Gatorade Recover. It actually really helps.

1. yea,it depends on your offensive playbook and sometimes the alignments of the defense (but mainly your playbook)

2. Yes running backs and corner backs wear gloves,if they make you confident definitely get a pair because you must believe in yourself first before your teammates can. i would recommend cutters for WR's/RB's/CB's ETC. because i tested the ammount of grip cutters gloves have compared to some nike/UA/NFL/Addidas Gloves and cutters are definitely the best.

3. Well after a game definitely drink gatorade to replenish your body, then go home take an ice bath because studys show it raises your testosterone levels + it feels good + it works you feel energized the next day. and if your working out like crazy try to take some type of protein or just eat healthy but you should develop a routine for your workouts and eating habbits.

-If you need anyhelp etc. private message me im more then happy to help ive been playing football since i was 5 and plan on doing it for the rest of my life.
