You need to be a top 5 highest poster, I don't know where you heard that gold member one but think about it, if all you had to do was be a gold member everyone would have it.

Also, I noticed most people who posted so far have just looked at Uzi and went "Oh he has over 10k posts it must be that" or "He is a 3 year member I bet thats it"

Unless they changed it, it is definitely be in the top 5 posters.


EDIT: There used to be a bit at the bottom that told you who the top 5 posters were, I can't seem to find it though..
