I am looking for the files to turn a jtag xenon into a full xdk. They were released a month or so ago. It takes away the xell function. If anyone could post a dl i will greatly rep yea.

have you read the Rgloader guides yet?

i would try there good place to start, the readme.txt also has all the info you need and thats included in the download.
