The police had their lifes at risk for all they knew, they couldn't risk anything and getting killed or badly injured themselves obviously they couldn't of because it wasn't a real gun but the police didn't know that so nobody can Hate the police for all they knew if they didn't gun him he would of gunned them.

Shouldn't of died but he shouldn't of had a gun out in the first place around cops, fake or not.

At the end of the day the police were in the right if someones holding what looks like a real gun infact any guy that can shot bullets pointed at someone (ofc not nerf guns >_>)(coz gangs try and make there guns look fake) there should be police there ready to deal with it. at the end of the day if you have a gun pointed at someone real or fake and you dont comply you'll get shot.
