We should move to another planet, this planet will soon run out of resources and there will just be World Wars non-stop. I personally believe we should put our time and money into space technology for future generations etc.

We would most likely get sick and die on other planets because our bodies aren't used to the bacteria and gases located there. People get sick just by traveling to a different country. A different planet would be a lot worse. Plus if we did that, we would just be destroying another planet.

Neither. I think we should continue on with what were doing now. Logically, if we were to move to another planet, the consequences that we should have suffered on Earth won't effect us. Therefore, we wouldn't learn to treat a planet correctly. If we learn from our mistakes then move to a new planet, we could inhabit a new planet and create a better environment.
Even so, the nearest planet that's closest to our planet that is habitable is around 600 years away if we traveled at light speed.

We already might colonize Mars but that's extremely expensive and 2 years away. Titan is a moon that has liquid, but it's methane and not H2O.

I'm not sure if you understand the complexity of our situation and how far our technology has reached. It may seem simple, but it's not. For instance, we aren't sure how an extended time in space or even Mars can effect our body. And also how we need shots when we travel to other continents and countries so we don't get extremely sick and die.

Why do you think Native Americans got sick and died when Eurpoe came over? They weren't used to the bacteria that the Europeans brought over, so their immune systems couldn't protect them. People don't get sick as often or as bad traveling today (for the bacteria, for the most part, has been spread globally), but if we land on a whole different planet the same will happen. I know we find planets that have the same gases but the percentages of each gas in the air will be different than on Earth. That could be a problem. Even little things can affect our bodies and immune system. We would have to have protective suits or bubbles (like a space station.) We would have to subject ourselves to some of the bacteria for short amounts of time for our immune system to pick it up to one day be able to venture outside of protective items.

Doubtful. What would be the point of having a moonbase for someone when if anything "horrible" happened he would be the only human alive. There would be hardly a point.
We do have a space station and by 2023 they intend on having a colony on Mars.
