First off, he can't do them because only 7 people can do them and I know all of them and the patch hasnt been released, I have it because my friend gave me it but we arnt allowed to give it away or host it for free because teh1337 wants to keep making money so yeah they are real but you have to be careful who you trust.

You can only do all challenges and emblems by system link.

As far as I know lobby's are not yet being hosted.
If they are they are not on The Tech Game.
Also coding patches is hard work so the creator WILL be charging.

I think it is only possible by system link now. But only trust people who have the trusted badge and/or have a fair amount of vouches!

Yeah teh1337 have release a mod menu patch and it has model menu and other aspects like challanges in it,
