Get a 670 instead, get a 650W PSU and you will only need 8GB of RAM, if that. Apart from that it will be a solid build.

Only a handful of 650w PSU's like the Seasonics and semi-modular Corsairs have native 4 x 6+2 pins to handle SLI'd 670's / 680's so you don't end up using non-sleeved molex connectors. Stay with the 750w.

Generation is right, stick with the 750W, will also allow you to upgrade easier in the future. I forgot to mention that you should get different RAM, the heatsinks on the ones you've chosen are too big and will affect your CPU cooler. Look for a set of 8GB low profile RAM and you will be good to go. I only said change to a 670 because it will be good enough for what you want to do, as well as the difference between the 670 & 680 is only like 5 FPS at ultra on BF3. Don't get me wrong though, the 680 is still the best GPU in the world so if you have the money you should get it.
