I am out of Athletics, so to keep active this is what I do:

Stretch arms and legs for 5 minutes or less.

3 sets of
30 second jog in place
15 pushups
25 situps
30 second squats
30 second jumping jacks

Fast jog around the block (1/2 mile)

Come back, and every other day I do:

15 minute routine of lifting weights.

Is there anything else I should do? Tips are greatly appreciated.
Should I do slow jog longer distance or fast jog shorter distance, or both?
Should I do sprints and slow jogging and sprints.
If sprints how should I do those?

Thanks everyone!

Keep your jog as a jog as you are mainly doing this for cardio
And i found these pages really useful for workouts not in a gym with no equipment

Never run on flat ground all the time. It messes up your back. And running inclines (Like Stadiums) or in the woods somewhere is way better than

Side strattle hops (jumping jacks)
Crunches or whatever you mentioned.

That will get you no where.

Mason twist, bicycles, P90X! All are better workouts.

I'll tell you what, the weight room, yoga, stretches, and stadiums are great.

I have an awesome way of staying in shape while football and basketball is done and gaming a lot. Every time you win, you jog in place for 2 minutes. Every time you lose, you have to do 30 push ups, 50 sit ups and 10 pull ups if you have a bar

you should also do sprints, if your in good enough shape sprint to one light pole then jog to the next then sprint to the next, you get the point. do that as long as you can, you should also invest insome nice running shoes if you plan on keeping in shape

good luck
