im new to flashing, and i was wondering, if i purchased this unit will i still need to purchase the Ck3i for power. When i was reading the X360 v2 i thought i wont need the ck3i, but i have no clue if im right. Thanks for any responses, i have googled around, and couldnt find any information on it, or any set ups.

NO don't power your drive with your xbox that is a auto ban! i have the first one and it got the job done. if you are going to burn games you will need a ihas drive to burn your games 100%.

yeah i know not to power my drive using my xbox. Thats why im purchasing a flashing kit. I also already have a ihas124-b drive, just need to flash it to amx burn. My drive is a lite-on inside my xbox, so hopefully the x360usb v2 already has the power built in.

You're surely joking. I only use my xbox to power my drive when flashing. I must've flashed it over 10 times.

I've even done worse things like play games before release dates, I'm still not banned for anything.
