No, laptops like HP, acer, gateway are usually not that good for gaming there more for business and browsing. No because you have a 6000 series graphics card lower-end card + it's a laptop card it will give poor performance compared to a actual 6000 series. I also think No because you don't have very good cooling on a HP cause its not ment for gaming. so gaming yea, but nothing very demanding you'll be able to play older games or less demanding games like minecraft, etc. overall light game yes, heavy gaming no.

forgot to mention i dont play games like bf3 etc on pc i meant wow and company of heroes that dont require that much and i cant buy a desktop because i need to tame it back and fourth to parents house

Yea, you should play wow fine on low-fair settings I was in your position with a shitty laptop, but with integrated graphics. MMO aren't that demanding.

My laptop is the Asus G73sw and it runs bf3 on ultra at 50+ fps just fine.

Yeah but what resolution? Surely not 1920x1080p.

My G73JW can barely run it at 30FPS on normal graphics.

I think the SW version is supposed to be better with a 2.0 gzh processor, that boosts to 2.9 gzh, but it doesn't have 1080p display.

EDIT: I also forgot to mention it has a better graohics card (Nvidia 460m)
