The problem is I done a update to 4.11 via USB but when the update come on will go alll the way until 99% then iit freezes then when I turn ps3 off and back on it comes straight up to the update .

I've tried to get it in recovery mode but it won't work .please help

What firmware were you on before trying to update ?
Try downloading the 4.11 ofw from a different source.
Have you tried updating via wifi ?

Well it may have overheated but i dont Really know Post the ERROR code

and put in the error code that it came up as[/u][b]
[b]step number 2: try updating via wifi instead
it is more reliable[/u]


1 of these should work
but if it doesnt contact customer support
should be listed on the playstation.com web page
